Payment Credit Card Policy

All credit card transactions will be assessed a 3% surcharge, except where exempt by law. This fee is passed to your card issuer in its entirety.

Timing Rush Order Policy

Please note: rush requests are not part of our standard process. As such, a 10% rush fee is applied if the order is approved for expediting. The 10% of product cost will be added to the respective invoice.

Custom work Special-Order Dies Policy

All special-order dies must be purchased and are non-refundable, regardless of the quality of the finished product.

Returns Returns & Restocking Policy

Items ordered in error may be returned subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customers are also responsible for return freight costs.
