Start business verification.

In your account, select Verify Business. You can also start from the Verify Your Business button in the website header when it is shown.

Verification confirms your business resale status or tax-exempt eligibility. You can browse the website while you complete this process.

Tell us about your business.

Enter your contact details, legal business name, and billing address. Confirm whether your shipping address is the same, or provide a separate shipping address.

Add your DBA if applicable and your Crescent Brands account number if you know it. You can leave the account number blank if you are unsure.

Upload your documents.

Upload your completed W-9, then enter the Taxpayer Identification Number from Part I of that W-9 when prompted.

Provide your resale or tax-exempt certificate and any applicable state tax ID where required for your state.

Make your uploads easy to review. Use clear, legible copies or photos. Do not password-protect files. The upload fields shown allow files up to 10 MB.

Finish up and submit.

Tell us a little more about your business, brands, and equipment. Your answers help us tailor tools, resources, and support to your needs—so we can help your business thrive and grow together.

At the end of the form, select Submit. The ‘Thank You’ screen confirms your submission; select Continue to Website to return.

Watch for your verification confirmation.

Your header status will show Verification in review while our team reviews your information and documents.

Typical review time

Keep an eye on your Email for a verification confirmation, and check your account status while signed in. If you do not see an email, check your spam or junk folder.

When your account status shows Verified, you are ready to view your pricing, purchase Valiani replacement parts, order samples, and more.

If your status remains in review for more than five business days, contact us. There is no need to contact us during the normal review window.

Does creating an account mean I am verified?

Creating your account is the first step. Complete the business verification form and wait for your status to change to Verified before ordering.

What if I do not have all my documents yet?

Use Save & Finish later and return when your documents are ready. Upload legible copies or photos without password protection.

Do state tax requirements apply to everyone?

State tax IDs and resale or tax-exempt documentation apply where required for your state. Follow the applicable prompts in the verification form. The W-9 section separately asks for the Taxpayer Identification Number from Part I.

What if my business is already verified?

Sign In with your verified account and start exploring products. Check each product page for availability and any ordering limits.
