Creator Gallery Privacy Notice

Crescent Brands LLC, 100 Willow Rd., Wheeling, IL 60090, operates Creator Gallery to discover and review eligible Instagram content, receive creator submissions, record permissions, and display approved creator content in Crescent marketing.
Information used
We receive account identifiers, usernames, public post identifiers, captions, post dates, source links, and eligible media through Meta's supported APIs when access is authorized. Coverage is limited by Meta's available APIs and the originating account's privacy settings. We also receive images and details that creators submit directly. We record creator contact and identity-verification information, signed license terms and acceptance evidence, attribution preferences, rights-review records, product associations, and withdrawal requests. Acceptance evidence includes a signature, date, browser information, and a hashed network-address value. Staff account identifiers and assigned gallery roles support access controls and audit records.
Why information is used
We use this information to operate the gallery, verify who may license content, screen files, review rights and editorial suitability, maintain consent evidence, publish approved content, investigate problems, and respond to withdrawal and privacy requests. Discovery or submission does not itself authorize marketing use. Publication requires the applicable creator permission and internal review. The separate creator license describes authorized marketing uses and attribution terms.
Service providers and publication
Meta supplies the authorized Instagram integration. Shopify hosts the store and receives approved media and gallery entries for publication. Hosting, storage, database, and security providers process information as needed to run the app. Access to nonpublic consent records and originals is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers. Approved posts and attribution may be publicly visible on Crescent websites and in marketing covered by the applicable license. Unpublished, rejected, and quarantined posts are not automatically placed in the public gallery.
Retention and requests
We keep information for the purposes described here, including documenting permissions, operating approved marketing, responding to requests, protecting security, and meeting applicable legal requirements. Retention depends on the record type and relevant obligations; this notice does not promise a specific automatic deletion deadline. Contact Marketing@crescentbrands.com to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal, or help with an Instagram connection. We may need to verify a requester's identity or authority. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or to establish permissions and handle disputes.
Withdrawal and copies
Withdrawal stops further approval under the withdrawn license and initiates removal from the gallery. Removal is subject to processing time. Previously distributed email, print, advertising, or third-party copies may require separate handling; removing a gallery entry does not guarantee immediate deletion of every cached or public media copy. We review those requests individually. App connection permissions can also be managed in Meta's business integration settings.
Security
The app uses role-based access, encrypted stored integration credentials, consent records, file screening, and audit logs. No security measure can guarantee complete protection. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for creator permissions or the submitted content.
