Visit crescentbrands.com (best on a computer or iPad) and click Register (top right under "sign in". Fill in your business details to set up your account.
Already ordered after July 4, 2025? No need to register again—just log in with your existing account.
Step 2: Verify Your Business
Our website will not allow you to place orders until you have verified your business. While logged in, navigate to any sample page and click "add your details".
Please have the following ready:

Upload required documents (PDF only):
- W-9 Form (mandatory)
- Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (if applicable)

Provide details:
- Business info: EIN, tax info, name and phone
- Billing and Shipping addresses
Step 3: Provide Details & Place Your Sample Order
After you register, your account will be reviewed and activated within 5 business days (often faster).
Once verified, you can:
- Order complimentary samples
- Access exclusive tools and content
